I’m Liam — a British endurance athlete specialising in half, full, and ultra marathon distances.
Coaching Philosophy
For me, running isn’t just about PBs & medals — it’s a journey of personal growth.
Having spent years as a coached athlete myself, I know the value of genuine guidance and the role a coach can play.
I believe a great coach is one who helps you believe in yourself, navigate challenges with grace, and empowers you to become an independent, confident runner.
My passion lies in supporting that transformation — working with athletes who want to push their limits, embrace the process, and carry the lessons from running into everyday life.
With a BSc in Sports Nutrition and over 10 years of strength & conditioning experience, I take a holistic approach — combining smart training, sound nutrition, and a focus on long-term performance.
